Chesapeake Bank and Trust promotes local for the holidays

Chesapeake Bank and Trust promotes local for the holidays

Staying true to its “Truly Local” motto Chesapeake Bank and Trust now marks its 5th year promoting the Spend Local Stay Local Gift card and welcomes 39 partner Chestertown area businesses who accept the card. Per Chesapeake Bank and Trust Bank President Glenn Wilson, “The ‘spend local stay local’ gift card helps us choose local first and preserve our unique sense of place. You can purchase local with the card, give it as a gift, and help us all support local.”

According to Donna Gibbons-Neff, Owner Clovelly Vineyards, a Spend Local partner and new winery outside of Chestertown: “This card helps support local artisan buying decisions and is a real practical way to boost sales for area businesses.”
